This push type water faucet A for switching discharge and stop of hot water every time when an operation device H is pushingly operated is composed of an outer case body 11 storing a flow rate adjusting mechanism C for adjusting amount of supply of hot water between a flow-in part 4 and a flow-out part 5 of a main body 1 and forming a flow-in hole 13 communicating with the flow-in part 4 and a flow-out hole 14 communicating with the flow-out part 5 in the flow rate adjusting mechanism C and an inner case body 21 stored rotatably in the inside of the outer case body 11 and forming a communicating hole 23 communicating with the flow-in hole 13. The inner case body 21 is linked to the operation device H, and the inner case body 21 is rotated by rotation operation of the operation device H. The flow-in hole 13 of the outer case body 11 and the communicating hole 23 of the inner case body 21 are mutually communicated to adjust amount of supply of hot water into the discharge device.
