To downsize a brake and reduce its cost in a PTO clutch with brake for working machine.

A PTO clutch 13 is formed of a multiple disc friction clutch which is energized on clutch-in side by an internal spring 18, and has a clutch housing 26 situated on output side, the clutch housing 26 is supported by a mission case 8 in such a manner as to be rotatable and displaceable in the axial center direction, so that the reaction of the spring 18 acts on the clutch housing 26 according to the clutch-off operation against the spring 18. The clutch housing 26 is thus pressed onto the mission case 8 wall by this spring reaction and braked.
