Abstract:
To provide a protein separation device causing less clogging of protein, facilitating operation and having a high collection rate, and using electrophoresis.SOLUTION: A device for separating specific protein from a protein-containing solution containing a plurality of proteins includes: electrophoresis means including at least a pair of electrodes, and four flow channels partitioned by three fraction films between the electrodes; means for supplying electricity to the electrodes; means for introducing and/or circulating liquid into the flow channels; means for adjusting the pH of the protein-containing solution introduced to the one of the flow channels; means for adjusting a protein concentration in the protein-containing solution introduced to the one of the flow channels; and/or means for adding differential pressure to between the flow channel into which the protein-containing solution is introduced, and the flow channel in which the protein-containing solution moves.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
