Abstract:
To provide a proportional solenoid valve whose expected performance does not deteriorate due to external vibration and the like.SOLUTION: A proportional solenoid valve includes: a housing 10 that defines a passage 11c for a fluid and a valve seat 11d in the middle of the passage; a diaphragm 20 that is disposed in the housing on an upstream side of the valve seat and exerts a pressure regulating effect; a valve element 30 that is operated interlockingly with the diaphragm and moves in a manner that it can sit on and disengage from the valve seat; and an electromagnetic drive unit 2 including a plunger 40 that engages with the valve element to impart driving force. In the proportional solenoid valve, a regulation part 103 is provided for regulating movement of the plunger 40 beyond a predetermined stroke. With this, it is possible to prevent the plunger 40 from being excessively vibrated on reception of external vibration during transportation or the like of the proportional solenoid valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
