Title:
PRODUCTION OF ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE POLYMER FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS63258936
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the titled polymer film with little impurities, having excellent characteristics as an electronic material, etc., by making water or organic solvent permeate continuously in the direction of the thickness of a unpurified electrically conductive polymer film to remove the impurities contained.

CONSTITUTION: Water or an organic solvent is made to permeate continuously in the direction of the thickness of a unpurified electrically conductive polymer film [pref., prepared by electrolytic polymerization of either aniline or aniline and its derivative on a two-dimensional net-like electrically conductive material (pref. stainless steel net) followed by separating out], using, if needed, an operation with overpressure or reduced pressure, to remove the impurities contained, thus obtaining the objective polymer film. An example of the above process is as follows: a substrate 10 such as filter paper is put on a rack 2, and the unpurified polymer film 8 is mounted on said substrate so as to cover holes 3 followed by injection of cleaning liquid (water or an organic solvent) 9 from the above into a cleaning tank 1 and making said cleaning liquid 9 permeate effectively with a vacuum pump 5 connected to the drain pipe 4.
