Abstract:
To provide a production device and a production method of hydrogen water which yield a high concentration of the hydrogen water.SOLUTION: A production device of hydrogen water of the present invention comprises: a dissolution part which has a casing with a supply port and a discharge port formed thereon, a recess disposed in the casing and open toward the supply port, and an air space portion provided above an open end of the recess; a water supply part which can supply water into the casing through the supply port; a hydrogen supply part which can supply hydrogen into the casing through the supply port; and a control part which controls the water supply part and the hydrogen supply part so as to supply the hydrogen into the casing filled with the water so that the hydrogen is reserved in the air space portion and then supply a mixture of the water and the hydrogen into the casing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
