Abstract:
To provide a processing device capable of separating a lid body in a vertical direction even in a case where it is desired to move the lid body (movable body) in a fixed linear direction such as a case where an annular member, etc., for sealing a container is provided on a bottom face of the lid body, a case where an O ring, etc., is provided on a top face of the container, and a case that a clearance is narrow because of a complicated structure at the size of the container (stationary body) and at the side of the lid body (movable body).SOLUTION: In a processing device 100, an attachment/detachment mechanism 30 includes: a parallel link part 31; a slide mechanism part 40 for sliding and moving the parallel link part 31 at the side of a first end 31a in a horizontal direction; and a movement regulation part 70 for regulating movement of a lid body 20 in a substantially horizontal direction which is moved in a vertical direction by the parallel link part 31. The lid body 20 is moved in the vertical direction by rotating the parallel link part 31 in a state that the movement of the lid body 20 is regulated by the movement regulation part 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
