Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor device comprising a plurality of pressure sensors in the form of units to be properly installed to a member to be measured.
SOLUTION: This device comprises a plurality of stems 20 of a hollow cylindrical form each having a diaphragm 21 and a distortion gauge part 23 on one end side, and an opening part 22 on the other end side, and a housing 10 having a plurality of through holes 11. In the through hole 11, each stem 20 is inserted and fixed to expose the diaphragm 21 on one surface side of the housing 10, and the opening part 22 side on the other surface side of the housing 10. An end surface 22a on the other end side of the stem 20 is positioned in the through hole 11 to be deeper than the other surface of the housing 10. Inside the through hole 11, an O-ring 30 as a seal member is provided at an adjacent position to the end surface 22a on the other end side of the stem is provided, so that the member K1 to be measured is sealed to the end surface 22a on the other end side of the stem 20 through the O-ring 30.
