Title:
PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE SHEET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3859804
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide solvent resistance by which adhesive strength is not lowered even at contacting with organic solvent by providing adhesive layers made of fluororesin gel on one side or both sides of a supporting layer made of resin or rubber.
SOLUTION: In this pressure sensitive adhesive sheet 1, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer 2 is provided on the surface of a supporting layer 3. The adhesive layer 2 is constructed in the three-dimensional network condition out of fluoro rubber material in low crosslinking density. The fluoro rubber material is liquid, and by lowering the crosslinking density it becomes a gel substance of high solvent resistance after vulcanization. For crosslinking agent, hydrogen- polysiloxane having ≡SiH groups of three pieces or more in one molecule is used, and by addition reaction of aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbon group of the terminal end and the ≡SiH group in the crosslinking agent, the three- dimensional network construction is formed. Hereby, this sheet can be used without being anxious about a fall of adhesive strength due to absorption of organic solvent and swelling.
