Abstract:
PURPOSE:To get a necessary mold opening force properly without changing an existing mold fastening cylinder by a method wherein pressure increasing device is partially added to the already existing hydraulic circuit in the pressure increasing device of toggle type mold fastening machine, etc. CONSTITUTION:The retractable side of the rod of a double acting cylinder 6 is provided with the pressure oil through the intermediare of change over valve 7 from hydraulic source 12, and when the oil at extruding side of the rod is put back in a tank 10 through change-over valves 8, 9, a cylinder 6 acts contractively and a movable platen 3 is opened toward the left through toggle mechanism 4. On the other hand, the mold closing is performed by a reverse operation to the above, and when the change-over valve 9 is switched to release a block toward the tank 10 as well as connecting between P-B by switching the change-over valve 8 from the state of the mold closing, the mold fastening is performed. In this case, the necessary purpose can be attained by arranging a check valve 16 in the midway of hydraulic supply pipe, and arranging a change- over valve 14 and a pressure increasing cylinder 15.
