Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission mechanism capable of improving its performance by suppressing leakage of magnetic flux more effectively than a prior art.SOLUTION: In a power transmission mechanism 10, a first rotor 11 having n (n is an integer of one or larger) pieces of soft magnetic materials 11a which are separately arranged, a second rotor 12 having k (k is an integer of one or larger) pieces of soft magnetic materials 12a which are separately arranged, and a third rotor 13 having magnets 13b which constitute m (m is an integer of one or larger) pairs of poles are arranged and arrayed so that they are magnetically coupled with each other. The number of soft magnetic materials 11a and 12a and the number of the magnets 13b satisfy a relation of 2m=|k±n|. According to this configuration, since soft magnetic materials being segment poles are contained, the leakage of magnetic flux is suppressed, and magnetic modulation is excellently performed.
