Abstract:
To provide a power supply device is low in price and small in power loss.SOLUTION: A power supply device 301 includes a triangular wave generation circuit 10, a bias superimposition circuit 20, and a control circuit 40. The triangular wave generation circuit 10 combines two switches, two inductors, and one output capacitor between an input end T1 and a connection end T2, and outputs a voltage across both the ends of the output capacitor to the connection end T2. The bias superimposition circuit 20 has a circuit configuration for performing switching as to whether a constant voltage is superposed or not superposed on the voltage across both the ends of the output capacitor. The control circuit 40 controls the on/off of the switch of the triangular wave generation circuit 10 so that a waveform of the voltage across both the ends of the output capacitor is synchronized with a voltage waveform generated across both the ends of a load capacitor C7 by a current flowing through a load 50, and controls the switching of the bias superimposition circuit 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
