Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the damage, leak, and life-shortening of a valve seat or a valve element, by cleaning the surface of the valve element before valve opening performance.
CONSTITUTION: This valve is provided with a blow off nozzle 84, for jetting a blow off gas toward the upper surface of a valve element 21, blow, off pipe devices 87, 81, and 85, and also an exhaust pipe 86 opened in the vicinity of the upper surface of the element 21. The nozzle 84 is eccentrically provided so as to cause a turning flow, and also a blow off opening/closing valve 85, for being opened/closed by a given time set in a timer 82, is provided on the blow off pipe device.
