Abstract:
To reduce the generation of power, to reduce manufacturing cost through reduction of the number of parts, and besides to reduce size.
This positioner comprises a first and second ON/OFF valves 44 and 46 connected in parallel to the output side of a first solenoid valve 48 and brought into an ON-state or an OFF-state in linkage with each other under the action of a pilot pressure; and a third and fourth ON/OFF valves 96 and 98 connected in parallel to the output side of a second solenoid valve 100 and brought into an ON-state or an OFF-state in linkage with each other under the action of a pilot pressure.
