Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent mixing of air into oil and prevent damage of lead wire by installing a guide member for guiding a free float and a position detection switch in the inside of the tubes of a pneumatic-hydraulic converter. CONSTITUTION:Free floats 21 and 41 are installed in the tubes 65 and 75 in pneumatic-hydraulic converters 19 and 39. Pressurized air is supplied into an air chamber 25 from an air source 10, and then a free float 21 shifts downward, and oil is supplied through a conduit 37 from an oil chamber 26 to shift a piston 57 in the A direction. At the same time, the oil in a cylinder chamber 60 flows into an oil chamber 46, and the free float 41 is shifted upward, and a magnet 42 operates a lead switch 43. When the switch 43 operates, a solenoid 35 is operated, and the oil in the oil chamber 26 is reduced by a variable throttle valve 30, and a small quantity of oil flows, and the piston 57 performs delayed motion.
