An industrial pneumatic dust collecting apparatus 10 includes: a dust collector 11 for sucking dust taking compressed air as a power source; and a liquid storage tank 12 connected to the dust collector 11 by a liquid supply nozzle 13 to supply a liquid to the interior of the dust collector 11 through the liquid supply nozzle 13. The dust and the liquid are mixed in the interior of the dust collector 11 to collect the dust in a damp state. The tip of a discharge nozzle 15 for discharging the air from the interior of the dust collector 11 is connected to a tank body 21 of the liquid storage tank 12 to feed the exhaust air of the dust collector 11 into the tank body 21 and rotate a windmill 22 in the interior of the tank body 21 by the exhaust air, so that the liquid stored in the interior of the tank body 21 is drawn by the windmill 22, and the drawn liquid is supplied to the liquid supply nozzle 13.
