Abstract:
To detect operations of a fluid pressure actuator with an inexpensive and simple structure.SOLUTION: An operation detection device 30 includes a control device 25 which calculates speed change amount of a piston 13 by differentiating detection pressure of a first pressure detection section 31 or a second pressure detection section 32 changed by adjusting flow rate of air by a first flow rate adjusting section 23 or a second flow rate adjusting section 24 and calculates displacement amount of the piston 13 by performing integral calculation of the calculated speed change amount of the piston 13. Therefore, the control device 25 detects the displacement amount of the piston 13 only if utilizing the detection pressure of the first pressure detection section 31 or the second pressure detection section 32 without using a magnetostrictive sensor, thereby enabling detection of the operations of a pneumatic cylinder 10 with an inexpensive and simple structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
