Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent occurrence of thermal deformation in a hole for embedding a planetary shaft of a carrier, eliminate relative sliding at the time of transmitting large power, and reduce a size in a diameter direction when seizure and hardening treatment is done on the shaft by independently providing the carrier on the shaft supporting it.
CONSTITUTION: A disc-like carrier 6 is arranged on the side direction of three planetary rollers 3, while a planetary shaft 4 to which the planetary rollers 3 are rotatably installed is embedded therein. A shaft 7 is formed independently thereon for inputting and outputting and rotatably supported by rolling bearings 8 to a cylindrical housing 9. A shaft connecting hole 11 is formed on an axial center of the carrier 6, while holes 13 for embedding the planetary shafts are formed on an outer periphery of the hole 11. A small diameter shaft 10 to be fitted to the hole 11 of the carrier 6 is formed on an end of the shaft 7. Under the state that a small diameter shaft 10 is intermediately fitted to the hole 11 of the carrier 6, a bolt 12 is screwed with an end face 7a of the shaft 7 in an axial direction, so that the carrier 6 is fastened.
