Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an internal gear to be fixed to the inside of a case without enlarging an outside diameter of the internal gear, to achieve downsizing.SOLUTION: A planetary reduction gear 1 is provided in which a planetary gear 21 which revolves in an internal gear 27 by using a sun gear 13 on an input side as a center, and a carrier 16 which supports the planetary gear 21, and accommodates the sun gear 13 in an axial core are provided in a case 2 including a front case 6 and a rear case 7. The internal gear 27 is fixed to the front case 6 by shrink-fitting. That is, both the front case 6 and the internal gear 27 are manufactured so that an inside diameter of a receiving seat 28 of the front case 6 and an outside diameter of the internal gear are substantially equal to each other, the internal gear 27 is fit to the receiving seat 28 in a state that the front case 6 is heated and inflated in advance, and the internal gear 27 is brought into a firmly-fixed state by the cooled and contracted front case 6.
