Abstract:
PURPOSE:To stably transmit power to a piston and to achieve a light and compact-size driving device by disposing a fixed forming guide portion for forming in such a manner as to increase the curvature of a cross section of a steel belt at a position adjacent to the piston side of a steel belt driving portion. CONSTITUTION:A steel belt 5 projected on the right side of a steel belt forming portion 6 is coupled to a piston 2 at the end portion thereof. The shape of a slit of the steel belt forming guide portion 6 is devised in such a manner that the section of the steel belt at that portion is increased in curvature, so that the steel belt has the enough strength for the lateral bending to a certain length. The section of the steel belt 5 on the left side of the steel belt forming portion 6 is not binding and free, and the curvatue is small, so that the steel belt can be stably adhered close to a sprocket 8 and easily rolled by a helical spring or the like.
