Abstract:
To provide a piping connection structure for a water heater that is excellent in productivity and fitting property.SOLUTION: A piping connection structure 2 for a water heater 1 includes a female side pipe F, a male side pipe M, a quick fastener 51, and a lock nut 60. A pair of arm parts 53, 53 includes: a pair of intervals 55, 55 formed between a pair of first arm parts 53B, 53B and a pair of second arm parts 53D, 53D in an axial direction of the male side pipe M; and an introduction port 56 formed between tip parts of the pair of arm parts 53, 53 to introduce the female side pipe F and the male side pipe M between the pair of arm parts 53, 53. The lock nut 60 includes an insertion part 64 through which the male side pipe M is inserted. An inner diameter dimension of the insertion part 64 is formed while corresponding to an outer diameter dimension of a tip part of the male side pipe M. A notch is formed on a tip side relative to the insertion part 64 of the pair of arm parts 53, 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
