Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for integrally forming a highly airtight film layer on the outer periphery of a tubular resin absorbing material without using an easily peelable plastic film causing the clogging of a pipeline, and a novel highly functional pipe lining material obtained thereby.
SOLUTION: A fiber material F is heated and melted on one side of a strip-like sheet 4 comprising the fiber material F to form a highly airtight film layer 2 and both side edges of the strip-like sheet 4 are joined to obtain the tubular resin absorbing material or the fiber material F is heated and melted on the outer peripheral side of the tubular resin absorbing material 1 comprising the fiber material F to form the highly airtight film layer 2.
