Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install an installing bracket in an exhaust pipe in a single operation by constituting the installing bracket of a pipe finisher so that a pair of exhaust pipe holding parts are extendedly arranged from both leg part ends of a channel- shaped base part having a screw fastening hole and tooth-shaped parts are arranged in side parts of the respective exhaust pipe holding parts.
SOLUTION: When a pipe finisher F is installed in an exhaust pipe E through an installing bracket B, the exhaust pipe E is introduced into exhaust pipe holding parts 2 integrally extended from a channel shaped base part 1 of the installing bracket B, but at this time, folding-back parts 4 are applied to and pushed in the exhaust pipe E. Then, the bracket B is fitted into the exhaust pipe E in a single operation while resisting pushing-in force. In this fitting- installing condition, upward cut pieces 3a formed in the vicinity of end parts of a pair of exhaust pipe holding parts 2, bite into the exhaust pipe E, and the whole bracket B is fixed to the exhaust pipe E so as to check shaft rotation. Afterwards, a screw 6 is screwed in and fixed to a hole 1a of the base part 1 through a hole Fa of the finisher F.
