PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical water supply device that can continue a supply operation even when a pump is failed, and satisfies a necessary supply amount, and to provide a method.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical water supply device 10 supplies pharmaceutical water to a use point through piping 12A, 12B including pumps A, B. The pumps A, B are connected in parallel with each other. In normal time, the pumps A, B operate, while, in the case of the pump A failure, the pump B operates and is adjusted with the output power of the pump B to maintain the supply amount before the failure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
