Abstract:
To provide a passage member that prevents the peeling of a protective layer.SOLUTION: A passage member herein has a passage surrounded by a wall inside a substrate, at least part of the wall comprising a protective layer at a portion facing the passage, and a porous part in contact with the protective layer, and the protective layer and the porous part containing the same material. The porous part is surrounded by a compact part except the portion in contact with the protective layer.
