Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a park lock mechanism which can surely release engagement between a park gear and an engaging member even when a vehicle is parked at a slope having a large inclination.SOLUTION: A park lock mechanism comprises: a park gear (42) rotating with a wheel; an engaging member (43) which is selectively positioned at a lock position where rotation of the park gear is regulated by engaging with the park gear or a lock release position where rotation of the park gear is allowed by retreating from the lock position; and a cam member (44) including a park lock start cam part (44a) which presses the engaging member toward the lock position and a park lock end part (44d) which presses the engaging member toward the lock release position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
