PURPOSE: To provide a paper sheet post-treatment device equipped with a paper sheet punching means which can surely punch holes in a copying paper sheet in parallel with the end face of the copying paper sheet by a force of a small drive section even when a plurality of holes are punched out in a thick copying paper sheet.
CONSTITUTION: This device is a paper sheet post-treatment device which distributes copying paper sheets delivered out of an image forming means into bins arranged in multiple stages. The device is equipped with a plurality of punches 701 which are installed on a rotating shaft while being slipped by a specified angle with respect to the rotating direction, and with a die 702 which is provided while being faced to each punch 701, and punches out the copying paper sheet by allowing each punch 701 to be fitted in each hole section 702a during a process of rotation. The device is also equipped with a paper sheet punching means 70 which inclines the respective rotating shafts 703b and 703b of the punch 701 and the die 702 to the direction that the dislocation in the rotating direction of each punch 701 is corrected in such a way as to be parallel with the end face of each copying paper sheet in the delivery direction.
