Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper needle stapler which is resistible against wetting, has enough strength to support heavy objects, and can reduce size and weight of a fastening device.SOLUTION: Paper needles 10 are composed of a paper material provided with waterproof finish and have body parts 12 and a pair of leg parts 14, 16 folded at its both ends. On the body parts 12, arbitrary logos 26 are formed. A leg part outer surface 14A is provided with a loop 22 of a plastic hook-and-loop fastener 20, whereas a leg part inner surface 16B is provided with a hook 24 of the hook-and-loop fastener 20. The paper needles 10 are set to a fastening device 50, notch holes 46 are provided for laminated cardboard 42, 44, and let the leg parts 14, 16 go through them, the hook-and-loop fastener 20 is joined on the reverse side of the laminated cardboard 44 to fasten the cardboard 42, 44. Thus, the paper needles are resistible against wetting, and have enough strength to support heavy objects. The fastening device 50 can be downsized and lightweight.
