Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance the operating releability by furnishing a pilot piston of a double pilot check valve between a direction selector valve and a hydraulic cylinder for an outrigger of a construction machine, forming the pilot piston from a major dia. portion and a minor dia. portion, and equipping the minor dia. portion with a detaining part where the major dia. portion is detained.
CONSTITUTION: Pressure oil is supplied and exhausted to/from a hydraulic cylinder 40 for outrigger via a double pilot check valve 21. A pilot piston 25 is fitted in a hole 24 in the body of this check valve 21, and nonreturn valves 27a, 27b are provided at the two ends of the body 23, and pressure chambers 26a, 26b connected with direction selector valves 12, 7a are partitioned between these nonreturn valves and the piston 25. The pilot piston 25 is equipped with a major dia. piston 30 and a minor dia. piston 22 which is loosely fitted in the major dia. piston 30 and can contact the nonreturn valves 27a, 27b, wherein the arrangement is such that the major dia. piston 30 can contact the flange part 31 of a minor dia. piston 33. This prevents the piston 25 from malfunctioning caused by the remaining pressure in the hydraulic circuit.
