To provide an outdoor unit which allows a compressor to be properly fixed on a bottom plate, by proposing a bolt-like fixing member for effectively performing rotation restriction by caulking, in addition to rotation restriction by a serration.
A compressor fixing bolt has a head part 2, a shaft part 3 arranged on one surface side of the head part 2 and fastening the compressor, and a ring-shaped fitting part 4 arranged on the other surface side of the head part 2 and forming the serration extending in the axial direction on an outer peripheral surface. This fitting part 4 is fitted in a fitting hole formed in the bottom plate 5, and its tip is projected to an external part of a casing. At this time, the head part 2 is arranged so as to keep contact with an upper surface of the bottom plate 5. A caulking part 4b derived from the fitting part 4 projected to the external part of the casing and the head part 2, sandwich the bottom plate 5.
