An oscillation circuit has first to third current sources each outputting a constant current. The oscillation circuit has first to fifth MOS transistors. The oscillation circuit has a first capacitor whose one end is connected to one end of the first MOS transistor, and whose the other end is connected to a second potential line. The oscillation circuit has a first resistor whose one end is connected to one end of the second MOS transistor, and whose the other end is connected to the second potential line. The oscillation circuit has an inverter circuit whose input is connected to the other end of the second MOS transistor, and whose output is connected to an oscillation output terminal.
