Abstract:
To provide an operation control method for a flocculant dissolving device for continuously dissolving a powdery polymer flocculant in a liquid, which controls the flocculant dissolving device in order to generate a prescribed dissolution liquid.SOLUTION: According to this method, such a control is performed that a dissolution liquid, in which a polymer flocculant is dissolved by a flocculant dissolving device, is measured by an image sensor, a disk rotation speed of a pulverizer in the flocculant dissolving device is increased or decreased according to a cumulative number K of measured undissolved mass, thereby generating a prescribed dissolution liquid. Since the flocculant dissolving device is automatically adjusted according to occurrence of undissolved mass, a stable dissolution liquid can be generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
