To provide an operating machine which can effect a complete braking force on the output, shafts by providing a presser bar to press a friction plate and braking member respectively, protrudingly operating outside from a clutch case by the energizing force of spring during declutching operation.
This device is equipped with plurality of pressing bars, protruding through the opening of a clutch case 33 integrally with a piston 35 to the side of a braking mechanism B during declutching C. The braking force is effected on a power transmission shaft 17 when the pressing member 42 protrudes toward the shaft center, and operate energizing, by the force of compression coil spring 36, to pinch a friction plate 40 between the braking members 41, and together with the clutch 33, at this point, joins in the braking action. The friction plate 40 is supported longitudinally movable freely along the shaft axis 17, and the braking members 41 are supported against a cylindrical member 33A of the clutch case 33 so as to freely movable in the direction of the shaft center. Consequently, the friction plate 40 and the braking member 41 can closely contact each other by the protruding action of pressing member 42.
