The one-way speed reducer is obtained by arranging a plurality of groove parts 20b having a cross-sectional shape of a trapezoidal form and having a long side and a short side of the trapezoidal parallel sides installed in a circumferential direction of the inner peripheral part of an output shaft gear 20 formed into a doughnut state in one direction. An output shaft 21 arranged with a slight gap in the inner peripheral part is pressed with a transmitting member 22 inserted into the groove parts 20b of the output shaft gear 20 to transmit driving force by rotation of the output shaft gear 20.
