Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an oil passage between a cylindrical part and a shaft which is pressure-inserted into the cylindrical part in an axial direction while suppressing the generation of galling.SOLUTION: In an oil passage structure between a cylindrical part and a shaft which is pressure-inserted into the cylindrical part in an axial direction so that a tip is protruded from one end of the cylindrical part, the shaft has a communication recess which is opened at a tip side while extending to the axial direction, and communicates with an oil passage which is formed at the cylindrical part, the communication recess is defined by a bottom face which extends to the axial direction at the inside of a radial direction rather than a pressure-insertion face which is pressure-inserted into the cylindrical part of the shaft, and a pair of inside faces extending to the axial direction, respectively, and also extending up to the pressure-insertion face from the bottom face, a protrusion protruding to the outside of the radial direction so as to partially divide the communication recess to two oil passages from the tip side of the bottom face is formed at the communication recess, and the two oil passages are merged with each other at a side opposite to a tip side of the protrusion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
