To provide an oil-mist capturing apparatus for easily capturing an oil mist generating in operation of a working machine.

The oil-mist capturing apparatus includes: a flowing-in part which is formed in the shape of a pipe in which an air containing the oil mist generated by operation of the working machine can flow; a high-voltage generation part for generating a high voltage to give it to a charging/pre-aggregation part; the charging/pre-aggregation part which is air tight with an outer part by a case, is structured of an electric discharging element and a grounding element connected to an anode of the high-voltage generation part and the electric discharging element and the grounding element connected to a cathode of the high-voltage generation part, forms a plasma in applying the high voltage, and makes the surface of the oil mist contained in air charge in + or - and aggregate partially, using the plasma; a mist capturing part which makes the air, wherein it passes through the charging/pre-aggregation part and the surface of the oil mist is charged to be partially aggregated, forcedly rotate with high speed, so that the oil mist is separated from air by the centrifuge force and the inertia collision force to be dropped down; a fan, wherein the oil mist is separated by the mist capturing part, the cleaned air is discharged, and power is given to the whole air flow of the oil-mist capturing apparatus; and also an exhausting part which is formed in the pipe shape.
