Abstract:
To provide an oil lubrication device capable of remove air included in oil sucked from an oil pan while reducing the size of the device.SOLUTION: An oil lubrication device 100 includes: an oil pan 108; an oil tank 110; a pressure response type valve gear 140 through which air can pass but oil cannot pass; a first suction passage 144 connected to a vane pump 112 and sucking oil from the oil tank; a first discharge passage 146 discharging the oil sucked from the first suction passage from the vane pump to a cooler 142; a second suction passage 148 connected to the vane pump and sucking oil from the oil pan; a second discharge passage 150 discharging the oil sucked from the second suction passage from the vane pump to the valve gear; a third discharge passage 152 branched from a portion before the valve gear in the second discharge passage, merged with the first discharge passage and discharging oil to the cooler; and supply passages 182, 184, 186 for guiding the oil discharged from the first and third discharge passages from the cooler to a mechanical element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
