Title:
破断分離が容易な熱間鍛造用非調質鋼
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5023410
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide non-heattreated steel for hot forging, which has high fatigue strength and proof stress, and in which a tightly adhesive fractured face substantially having no plastic deformation when separated by fracture can be obtained by a technique of producing parts used by assembling after separation by fracture such as a connecting rod of an automobile engine. SOLUTION: The non-heattreated steel for hot forging has a composition containing, by weight, 0.2 to 0.7% C, 0.1 to 2.0% Si, 0.1 to 2.0% Mn, 0.05 to 1.00% Cr, 0.01 to 0.20% S, 0.01 to 0.20% P, <=0.50% V, 0.005 to 0.05% sol-Al, 0.005 to 0.030% N and 0.0005 to 0.010% O, and the balance Fe with impurities; wherein, the contents of sol-Al, N and O satisfy the following conditions: the inequality 1 0.01 [sol-Al%]<=[O%]<=1.5 [sol-Al%], and the inequality 2 0.03[N%]<=[O%]<=1.6[N%].
