In the non-slip tape made of plastics which is adhered at least to a surface for mounting a mounting apparatus, a large number of independent circular projections, each of which is surrounded with a concave surface, are formed on the surface of the non-slip tape, and the ratio of the area of the projections to the area of the surface of the tape is 15-50%.
