Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair valve that can adjust opening of a valve body with a simple structure, in which a coupling structure of the valve body and a valve rod is simplified, and that can open/close the valve body in a non-sliding manner with simple rotation of the valve rod.SOLUTION: A repair valve 1 includes a valve box 2 provided with a valve seat 18, a valve body 3 configured to open/close a flow passage 6 in the valve box 2; valve rods 4, 5 configured to rotate the valve body 3; and an operational lever 44 attached to the valve rod 4 in an integrally rotatable manner. The repair valve further includes: a disc spring 45 interposed between the valve box 2 and the lever 44; a spring adjustment part 46 configured to displace an attachment position of the lever 44 to the valve rod 4 in a valve rod axial center O2 direction to adjust elastic resilience of the disc spring 45; and an intermediate opening holding mechanism 43 capable of holding the valve body 3 in an intermediate opening state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
