Abstract:

To provide a network composite machine for preventing inappropriate charging.

The network composite machine 1 is provided with: an operation part 11 for receiving operation that requests execution of scanning processing accompanied with charge by a user and input operation of prescribed setting information corresponding to the scanning processing; and a read part 13 for executing the received scanning processing. Also, the network composite machine 1 is provided with: a determination part 20 for determining whether charging is possible in accordance with whether the scanned image data are stored in a DMS (Document Management System) 31 or not; an attribute information generation part 21 which generates charging information on the basis of the content of the scanning processing and the setting information when it is determined that charging is possible and stopping generation of charging information when it is determined that charging is impossible; and an output part 22 for outputting the generated charge information to the DMS 31 successively to image data.
