Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent brazing tiller metal from entering an operation wire through-hole by performing joining while blowing a gas jet stream to a wire receiver at the time of brazing and joining the nodal ring main body of a curved pipe for an endoscope and the wire receiver.

CONSTITUTION: In the case of brazing and joining the nodal ring main body 2 of a nodal ring which is the constituting member of the curved pipe packaged in the curved part of the endoscope and the wire receiver 1, the nodal ring main body 2 is clamped by upper and lower nodal ring supporting bodies 9 and they 1, 2 are tentatively fixed by resistance welding beforehand. Then, a nozzle 7 is supported by a nozzle supporting body 12 and connected through a regulator 10 to a low temperature air generator 11 by a tube 13 and a nozzle port 7a is arranged at a position capable of blowing jetted low temperature air 8 from the axial direction of the wire receiver 1 to the upper part 1a of the wire receiver. In the state, while blowing the low temperature air 8 from the nozzle port 7a, the brazing filler metal 5 is heated and melted by a heater 6, the melted brazing tiller metal 5 infiltrates to a joining surface by gravity and surface tension and the joining is performed.
