Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of data transfer in the spread spectrum communication system comprising a bus network.

CONSTITUTION: The system is provided with SS communication equipments 1A-1D having PN code generating circuits 12A... connected via a transmission line 3 and generating a TDMA M series code M1 and a CDMA M series code M2 and having communication control sections 11A... controlling the PN code generating circuits 12A... respectively. The system is provided with a CDMA controller 2 having a PN code generating circuit 22 connecting to the transmission line 3 and generating the M series code M1. In the steady-state with less communication data quantity, data transfer is instructed by the TDMA using the M series code M1 for the communication control section 11A.... When the communication data quantity is much, the data transfer is instructed by using the CDMA employing the M series code M2 on the request of the communication control sections 11A... and the code of the M series code M2 is managed.
