Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify respective processing and to speed up the expansion and maintenance of a system by respectively independently executing the working processing of record data, the forming processing of updating record data and the updating processing of a write file through 1st and 2nd memories. CONSTITUTION:An edition processor 12 successively reads out record data from a PS file 13, totalizes the data in each prescribed keyword data e.g. and successively stores the processed working record data in a file word memory 16. At the time of completely ending the processing, a file forming device 21 starts its operation to form updating data corresponding to the write file from the working record data stored in the memory 16 and to successively store the formed data in a maintenance file 27. A file updating device 28 successively reads out updating record data in a file 27 and updates a write file in a master file 29.
