Abstract:
PURPOSE:To constitute large reduction gear ratio with compact reduction structure by forming the other diameter of a first planetary gear smaller than the outer diameter of a second planetary gear and forming a first housing part to house the first planetary gear in a casing and a second housing part having a diameter, which is larger than that of the first housing part, in an upper part. CONSTITUTION:A sun gear 22 of a first decelerating device is fixed to an output shaft 14 of a motor 3 and first planet gears 23 engaged with the gear 22 are arranged in the inner peripheral side of a first internal gear 24. A shaft supporter 27 to fix the upper side of a rotary shaft 25 goes to be a sun gear 42 of a second planetary gear reduction gearing, samely as a first planetary reduction gearing, a rotary shaft 29 of a second planetary gear 28 is held by shaft supporters 30 and 31 from upper and lower directions. The first planetary reduction internal gear 24 is formed smaller than the diameter of the second internal gear 29 and when the gear 24 is integrated into a casing 34, it is easy to insert the gear. Then, the gear module of the first planetary reduction gearing is in the side of the motor 3. Since the transmission force of a torque is smaller than that of the second planet decelerating part, the device can be miniaturized.
