Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance the rate of exposure without causing the crack of roof-tile and also without the intrusion of rainwater.
CONSTITUTION: A backing 2 provided with a series of projected ridges 21 extending from the eaves toward the ridge of a roof and plain parts 22 is formed, and plain roof-tiles 1 are placed on the plain part 22 so that the entire surface thereof is brought into contact with the plain part, and the projected ridge 21 is provided with a cover 4 crowned thereon. Further, the end part of the plain roof-tile 1 is pressedly held by both the landing part 4b extended from the cover body 4c of the cover 4 and the plain part 22 of the backing 2.
