Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nail capable of being surely driven to a driven material without buckling, and further capable of maintaining a driven state for a long term.SOLUTION: A nail has a head part, a trunk part and a tip part. The trunk part includes: a recess part; a first projection part that projects with respect to the recess part in a radial direction orthogonal to a driving direction from the head part toward the tip part, and of which the length in the radial direction decreases toward the driving direction; and a second projection part that projects with respect to the recess part in the radial direction, and of which the length in the radial direction increases toward the driving direction. The recess part is connected to at least one of the upstream side in the driving direction of the first projection part and the downstream side in the driving direction of the second projection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1(a)
