PURPOSE: To obtain a high accuracy of face of tooth heel by constituting a circumferential segment having teeth thereon with two ring parts which are fastened oppositely together by a centering pin in an area defined as U shape or in a part with teeth thereon, and have a circular notch defining a space which can be sealed by elastic material.
CONSTITUTION: Before an outer ring part having teeth 9 thereon is divided into two ring parts 10, 10a perpendicular to the rotating axle, holes 12, 13 are opened, a centering taper pin 14 is arranged, so the outer ring is fastened together by a fastening screw 14''. Furthermore, an elastic material 29 is filled into the space 28 defined by the circumferential segment pieces 10, 10a to make it to be sealable. Therefore, a high accuracy of tooth heel while assembling a part having teeth thereon can be kept, and strikes of the teeth and early abrasion can be prevented.
