Abstract:
To suppress the internal rolling of a bearing metal of a double-link type piston crank mechanism.SOLUTION: In a lower link of a double-link type piston crank mechanism, a load F1 acts on an upper pin bearing part of the lower link 7 resulting from a combustion load, a load F2 acts on a crank pin bearing part 11 of the lower link 7 and a bearing metal 17, and a load F3 acts on a control pin bearing part 13 of the lower link 7. In a bearing surface 21 at a lower link upper side at which surface pressure becomes high by inputs of the loads F1, F2 and F3, surface roughness in only a range of a region B1 is set high, and surface roughness in a range of a region A1 is set low. In the bearing surface 21 at a lower link lower 16 side at which surface pressure is low, surface roughness is lowered in all ranges (ranges A2, B2 and B3) even if the loads F1, F2 and F3 are inputted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
