PURPOSE: To obtain the title non-woven fabric having high strength, modulus and impact resistance by piling many sheet of non-woven fabrics prepared by subjecting a fiber yarn to perpendicularly or slantly crossing lamination on a plane and then passing other fiber yarn through space among fiber yarns of each non-woven fabric according to machine sewing system so as to sew the fiber yarns.

CONSTITUTION: Many sheet of perpendicularly or slantly crossed non-woven fabrics prepared by laminating perpendicularly crossing warp 1 and weft 2 or slantly crossing warp 1 and slantly crossed weft 3 on a plane are piled up to afford a laminate and then other yarns 5 and 6 are nearly perpendicularly passed through space among yarns of each non-woven fabrics according to machine sewing system to provide the aimed multi-layered three-dimensional non-woven fabrics. Furthermore, the aimed multi-layered three-dimensional non-woven fabrics can be also obtained by piling many sheet of non-woven fabrics and inserting short fiber webs 24 and 25 on the surface of the piled non-woven fabrics or between the layers thereof and perpendicularly passing a fiber in web through the laminate according to needle punch or tufting method.
